How do you feel about carnivorous plants? That might be a fun and interesting option. 🤷🏻♀️
좋아요 1개I’ve looked into it and honestly they out level me in plant experience. Plus these babies would definitely over feed them.

If you can keep an orchid you can keep a pinguicula easy. They’re like fly paper and won’t be over fed. Very easy to care for and nothing more effective for fungus gnats.
좋아요 1개Have you tried hydrogen peroxide? Typically water attracts gnats and they love to lay their eggs in soggy soil. One of the best ways to help dry it out is by spraying a water x hydrogen peroxide ratioed mist into the soil to release oxygen.

Be consistent with watering using the dunks, soak them in your water for 10 minutes prior to watering. Do this for 1-2 months. One dunk can last for a week or more. After 2 months you should be gnat free. However bringing new plants in/soil from garden stores can start the effort all other again.
