Hello! First time orchid owner here. Mine just dropped her last flower and now I should cut off the entire stem right? I have faith it’ll bloom again, it’s putting out a new leaf right now so I think it’s happy. Any help or advice is appreciated!

Yes, you can cut the stem close to the base as it won’t produce more flowers. It looks like it is happy and healthy, so keep doing what you’re doing.
3 Me gustaYou only need to cut it back if it’s brown/dry/crispy. If it’s still green you can keep it if you want
1 me gustaI would cut the flower spikes after bloomings so the orchid can devote all its energy to growing new leaves and roots. The plant itself looks very healthy, so unless that next leaf comes in much smaller than the previous ones, you can assume you are giving it the light and water that it enjoys.
