   Likely an infection. I’m guessing fungal but not 100. I would isolate from other plants, lower the humidity, and avoid splashing water on other plants. I also suggest checking out online orchid resources, like the American Orchid Society, for better diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Best of luck

   Looks fungal to me as well. Unfortunately, I’m not well versed in treatments for this, but would second the recommendations above to prevent spread to your other plants.

   Maybe remove the affected leaves?
