Any suggestions? Is there a way to re propagate it? The last leaf broke off but the roots still look a little alive. I sprayed it with fungicide.

Unfortunately I don’t see anything that looks salvageable. If you want to try to save it, I would pot in 100% sphagnum and tent it. Keep the sphagnum moist but not wet. Vent the tent once a day so that you don’t have moisture collecting in the crown. But I don’t want to give you false hope - this is a long shot. The plant, if it is still alive, is probably too weak to have the resources necessary for leaf and root production and will not survive the process. The only way I know of for Phalanopsis propagation is cloning through tissue culture which I have no experience with.
