I think the lead with the light brown pitting and yellow areas is sunburned. Do you know how much light it was getting? The other photo with the dark brown spots may be something similarly benign. Have the spots or discoloration grown or increased in size or number? One other thing I’m seeing is there appears to be water standing in the crown. That can encourage crown rot. I would suggest blotting with a paper towel to get rid of any water.

Thanks for your answer! Yeah i looked at the pic and wiped the crown right after i posted my question! It's been with me for 4-5 days now and i don't think that the yellow and brown parts have grown. At least it wasn't something i noticed! So you think that there isn't any thing serious? I was kinda worried that the spots were a result of fungus.

Honestly, I’m not sure. My initial thought was bacterial or fungal. But the first pic looks like sunburn to me. I’m thinking it’s probably the same for the other leaves. To be safe, I would treat it like it’s hot and quarantine from the rest of the collection and use good sanitation while you watch it.

You might want to research sunburn and bacterial and fungal infections. That way you can better monitor the situation. Hope it works out well!

I think you plant might be getting too much sunlight. Maybe you should try and put your plant in a place where there is less sun

Thanks! I'll consider this. It's been less than a week that this beauty is with me. My room has indirect light. Is that ok?
