This is my gorgeous orchid Snow White, she is a classic moth orchid and I have had her for maybe 2 months. When I got back from vacation her leaves were droopy. I have no idea what happened or what is happening. Her roots are green and healthy and I don’t know what wrong! Thanks in advance ❤️

    It maybe adjusting to the conditions of your home - lower light, humidity, etc. The root I see peeking out of the pot looks a tad wrinkled so it might be thirsty. That could track with going on vacation. Or it could be root issues. Is it in a clear pot inside the cashepot so you can check out most of the roots? In my experience, orchids come from the grower in either tightly packed sphagnum or degraded bark. Neither make for happy phals. How’s the media?

      It’s clear and the roots are green. I watered it when the sphagnum moss was dry and they have become more dry.

    I agree with Mr Plant Guy. But since it’s a new orchid (to you) I would recommend you repot. The sphagnum is probably too tightly packed and will most likely cause you problems in the future.

      I would but she’s blooming 😭 she hasn’t stopped blooming since I got her

      The struggle is real. Sounds like it’s all good. Wait until it’s finished and then cut the spike back. I wouldn’t try for a second bloom this year.
