I just replanted my Orchid into a bigger pot a couple days ago and now it looks like it’s dying?? I water it once a week and it has sunlight. Any advice on what I might be doing wrong. When I replanted there looks to be a new sprout coming up also.

Is that orchid mix or regular potting soil?

It looks like it’s in a regular potting mix. It should be in orchis mix (bark/moss)

The shoot is prob a flower stalk (or just another root) but it will rot in a regular mix. Orchids are epiphytes in the wild and grow on branches of other trees.

👆 What Nina said (my vote is root)👆

Cut off any rotten roots and rinse off the dirt completely. I would also say that pot is WAY to big for the root system. You want something that will be 1-2” larger then the root ball.
