If she’s been blooming a lot this year, it’s been using a lot of it’s stored energy. It looks like that is in its original pot- have you ever repotted it? It could probably use fresh medium and to trim away some of the dead roots.

How often do you fertilize? And what kind of fertilizer do you use? And how do you water it?

You might want to switch to an orchid specific fertilizer. I use one from RePotMe. I mix it at 1/4 strength and use it with every watering.

Orchids sometimes lose leaves. It’s a normal part of their cycle. Since new leaves grow from the top, the bottom leaves eventually don’t get enough sun and fall off. As long as they aren’t falling off too frequently, you’re ok. Side note: I would definitely poke some holes in the sides of that plastic cup to avoid root rot, which could also be the problem. Good luck!🫶🫶

Try some natural fertilizer and try doing a good soak. I have a orchid and in my experience doing the soaking method works wonders for me. They don’t require to much light either mine has not ever been in direct light and I’m already getting some new leaf growth. These plants are notoriously known for switching where their energy is spent as well. In most cases wilting is watering so I would experiment there and see how that goes I like to fill my pot about a good 1/3-1/2 of the pot and place it back in with its orchid pot and let soak for about 15-30 mins before I drain the access then let rest for about an hour before I check for drainage water and empty that as well.
