Help! I removed all the moss over a week ago and repotted in orchid bark, I noticed the blooms wilted and checked the roots to find mold! What’s the best way to bring her back!?

From the photo, your leaves look firm (not wrinkled) so that’s a good place to start. The blooms are wilting probably because you repotted. Disturbing the roots cause most orchids to drop flowers. So I don’t think you have any major issues to be concerned about. But, it is super high in the pot. I would repot to get the plant into the bark. And since it is out of the pot, I would trim off any dead or dying roots if you haven’t already. Healthy roots are firm and green when wet, silvery when dry. Dead roots are papery or mushy, black or brown. I would leave the wrinkled roots as long as they are firm. If the plant will not fit in your current pot, upsize. Trust me, you will be dealing with tipsy topplings if you leave it like it is. If you have to upsize, orchid pots with additional ventilation is very helpful. They are typically clear so you can monitor root development. If you don’t have one, you can add holes to a growers pot. Some of the roots are a little shriveled. I recommend soaking the plant for 15 min when you water. I couldn’t see mold in the photo and I rarely encounter mold in my plants. If you live in an area with hard water or fertilize each time you water, it could be a build up of minerals. If you suspect that, flush your plant monthly with water. If it is mold, then you need to back off the water. Good luck!
