   I would check the roots and the condition of the media. They probably are due for a repot. You want to be sure the roots are getting good access to air. Healthy roots are firm and green when wet or silver when dry. Trim any dead or dying roots (papery or thin filaments). Media should be chunky (typically bark). My best tip is don’t be afraid of them. Phalanopsis are great plants and very forgiving as long as you don’t keep them waterlogged. Good luck!
