What’s the deal with Oliver here? He’s been stuck with the one stalk for about 3 months now. Should I cut it back a node and wait for flowers or cut it off completely and let him go into full rest mode?

    The stem is healthy, so you can leave it. Oliver looks pretty healthy. So it's just a matter of time until he blooms. On average phals rebloom once a year

      I just got around to removing the plug. So I’ll give him another week or two to spot new growth. His sister Olivia is already forming buds. We got them within a week of each other.
