Hello everyone! I’ve had these two orchids for probably almost 3 years now. They have been doing great over the past few years but now something is going on and I’m not sure what to do. They both have drainage and were repotted last summer. I only ever water them when the app says to and have given them orchid plant food once in a while. Please help 🥰
Check the roots for rot. It looks really dry so maybe misting a couple times a week will help and depending on your environment, mix some sphagnum moss into the bark to help it retain moisture (only if it doesn’t have root rot)

0 Me gustaIf the bark is dry and doesn’t smell gross, you should be fine to repurpose it. I see your medium is really chunky (not bad at all, I use the same) but I’m planning to get smaller wood chips when it’s time to repot because I have two other orchids in smaller chips and they’re doing amazing. If there’s rot, you need to cut the bad roots. Many people suggest spraying with peroxide but I’m not an expert there. The aerial roots look really dry. Maybe spend some time watering those until they’re plump again. In the past, I’ve wrapped them in a damp paper towel for a few minutes and maintained them with misting.
