Waspinator
Here's my new orchid (ludisia discolor 'salmon sandstone'). I've done okay with moth orchids before, but I'm new to these. I'd appreciate any care tips you have. (Should i keep him in his cup to keep humidity up?)

JWOh wow I've never seen this coloration before. Where was it?

It was at a local plant show. The guy selling it had a bunch of jewel and micro orchids, including a few newly imported species

She’s a beauty! Jewel orchids take much more terrestrial care than epiphytic phalaenopsis (moth) orchids. They like moisture around their roots, and don’t mind extra humidity. However, I’ve found that humidity is not strictly necessary, just helpful to keep the media from drying out too quickly.
