My orchid has shed all flowers. It has recently got a new leaf also. It has 3 nodes on the main stem. But between the 3rd node & the top of the stem it's turning yellow. Is this normal or does it need a cut? I am confused a bit. Please advise.

2 Mi piaceYes its normal, and yes the yellowing should be cut as it won’t come back. It might yellow all the way down the spike, which is also normal. Cut it off at the base and it will grow a new on when its ready :)
