What do I do, it doesn’t look like it’s making new flowers??

I would just give it time and see what happens. I had a flower spike die recently

0件のいいねLooks like a new plantlet 😬😬 I’d just leave it until its more established, then if you want you can remove it and have a whole new plant!
4件のいいねGreenLeaf is correct- your orchid is growing a keiki. That is a baby orchid, a genetic clone to your mother plant. Continue to treat your orchid as you’ve been- you may notice it needing a bit more frequent waterings. When the keiki grows 3 or more roots of its own (I’d wait until they are about 2 inches long at least,) you can remove it from the flower spike and pot it on its own. Congrats!
