I made a terrarium and it’s filled with flies!! This has happened to my other plants previously and they just get infested with flies, I spray them with a plant friendly pesticide however they eventually come back, any ideas on prevention??
If they really bother you, you can prevent them by completely washing the soil off of your plants roots and baking the soil you use for the terrarium before you use it. Unless you completely sterilise everything you put in a terrarium, bugs will always come with.
