this a fairly new terrarium, i only added springtails, i noticed these tiny white worms, should i be concerned?? perhaps they hitchhiked from the plants i added:0

    Hitchhikers certainly aren’t unheard of, especially if you happened to collect your plants from outside. Are the worms moving around? Sorry if that’s a dumb question, but they look like new root growth in the picture

      yes they are definitely moving!! i believe they are nematodes which hopefully help the ecosystem, these plants are from a local plant shop but the moss is from my yard so maybe that’s where they came from?? i hope they do more help then harm lol

      Ah yeah, can’t argue if they’re moving lol. I’m don’t know anything about nematodes but I also hope they don’t cause trouble. I used to have an aquarium and I attempted to de-bug a batch of collected aquatic moss. I swear some of these organisms are bombproof!! I ended up giving up and not adding it to my fish tank
