What happens when you clip the rot and gross off the bottom of a Lithops? It’s dead, right? I’m speculating YES, but I’ve seen some bonkers plant stuff this year. Let’s see if I can pull some magic out of this. Featured in the pics are the others I saved from this batch - a recent purchase. Some had zero roots, but I let them (the roots) all dry out after a soak of super soap and light scrubbing. 🤞

    😮 That would be cool if it could recover and grow roots again. Keep us posted!

      It is so counterintuitive, and I thank everyone for humoring me haha. But none of these should be living. I expected to wake up the next day to a deflated, goopy mess, but they all still feel solid. They get their own special light, though 🤘

      Nope. I have 4 left, and they already had roots. It was fun for a minute lol
