This one is bent over and squishy so I’m not sure what is going on but the rest look ok

    I fear that it may be a goner if it is squishy and feels like it is filled with water

    I’ve had similar issues with a single Lithops in a bunch just give up. Once was because that particular spot in the pot seemed to collect water right underneath. Other times, it’s a mystery that people blame on nematodes and mites (sounds plausible). If it’s really mushy, kick it out.

    I had one die because, probably, I had to remove a bunch of leaf (bugs) and it lacked reserves.
