Do you know what caused this. The other ones appear fine

Dave_opuntiafaceI’ve had similar issues with a single Lithops in a bunch just give up. Once was because that particular spot in the pot seemed to collect water right underneath. Other times, it’s a mystery that people blame on nematodes and mites (sounds plausible). If it’s really mushy, kick it out.

I had one die because, probably, I had to remove a bunch of leaf (bugs) and it lacked reserves.
