    Too much water and not enough light is my guess - but mostly too much water. Or, if it’s new, I see these collapse due to whatever they caught at the store. Is the whole thing mushy? You’ll know it’s okay if it doesn’t further mush. Like, it will deflate into goo if it’s a goner. Sorry, yo.
