Hey! My living stone is having some sort of rot problem, I’m not sure what to do, any help will be appreciated!

    Not an expert, but I would try to see if the new leaf is affected by removing the outer leaves. I would also check on the roots if they are still healthy. If not, I'm sorry to say, might be a goner.
