How often do Lithops split? One place said once a year. Somewhere else said 4-5 years but also mentioned flowering. Is splitting and flowering the same thing?

    Splitting and flowering are not the same thing :) It can split without flowering. 4-5 years seems like maybe a timeline from seed - maturing?!? I’ve never heard or seen one take that long, but I’ve also only had mature plants and never started one of these from seed.
