Hens and chicks

I got these lithops awhile ago. I had 20 at first but half of them died. It’s been awhile now and none of them have died, but they are looking a little sad. Do they look sick? Should I repot them?

    They look fine to me! They hate being uprooted so I would leave them be.

    They look like they are going to shed the outside are they soft?

      Yeah they do that, split open to reveal a bigger one inside. Don’t water it when its doing that.
