Does anyone know what’s happening to my syngonium?? I watered it yesterday afternoon and now this morning there are these strange darker green patches on the leaves. It’s never done this before!

RhusI do not know if it's a problem, but I do know mine do this all the time and don't seem any worse for it. I was surprised too, but I'm used to it now! It only shows up in the ones I have in semi-hydro EDIT: also it goes away as they get light during the day

Yeah, it went away eventually! I’m just happy I didn’t overwater it haha thank you

LadyTenorJDOne of the types of syngoniums has this coloring. It is natural. It shouldn't be an issue.

WANNA 💫It’s just transitioning colors based off how much light it’s getting, that’s all.. it’s normal
