    Smaller pot and good lighting. 1" larger than the roots is ideal. Amd so they focus on foliage, not root growth. They also love a bit of fertilizer

    If you don’t give them enough light, you will lose the pink coloring.

      You think being that close to the window will work? It’s about 2 ft away facing the west. It does get filtered through the woods in my backyard a lot

    I have mine in water still from a prop. I have it directly in a shaded South facing window under a grow light. I add my weak fertilizer to it weekly. It still grows pretty slow, probably because it's in water.

      Do grow lights burn it? I was considering getting some for my stands inside because outside has no shade (canopy broke) so sun is too brutal in Florida for them, plus a lot of pests from woods over the fence destroyed a decent portion of my collection.

      I have it about two feet away from a pretty weak grow light. So far it's enough to keep the pink but not burn it.

      Just wanted to update I have 2 grow lights on scale of 1-10 at a 7 and only 11-15 inches away. Not burning and starting to get new leaves! Seem pretty hardy as far as lighting goes
