My Maria Allusion is freckled. I don’t know how else to describe it. It’s like the green and brown and red are fighting and it’s becoming like pointillism. Anyone else see something like that before? No pests seen on it either.

    Is there a possibility it could be sun damage?

      I do have a grow light over it. Maybe? I’ve got a pink allusion right next to it, but it doesn’t stay pink I’ve read conflicting things about light for these.

      Maybe too close to your grow lamp. What is the F.C. fading and burning is a good indicator of too much light both artificial sunlight and natural light. As to the “pink” yes, it will fade as I have found my favorite color, pink to be unstable in many plant species. Also, it’s common for Syngonium leaves to change color and shape as the plant’s leaves mature. This is still a young plant but notice how the new leaves have more pink and even a brighter (larvae) green color? The pink slash seems to be doing it as well. And it’s a baby.

    See the difference in the 3 older here is my baby S.P.S.leaves and the newer 3 in the middle?

    I am not an expert. In fact, I’m new to this plant life but I did noticed issues with mines as well. Keep in mind, I’m from Tropical weather. All my plants were found in “shade” places. I followed the planta on giving it partial sun and it died within a week. My second one, I bought and it was okay in a place that wasn’t near the window. I’d say 8 ft away. It was doing fine but I tried a glow light for a few hours and immediately saw some edges burned so I stopped it and I will see in the next few days how it does. Today I just bought the confetti one and that came from shade but slightly damaged. I got it for 6.99. I am keeping that far from the windows and I’ll let you know how it does but observing, these don’t like the sun. Again, I’m new and I keep getting them from places that are more “shade” environment.
