Hereâs Cindy. Blooming for the first time after being under my care. She came with blooms, but stopped to acclimate to her new home.

Dahlias. The last time I grew dahlias was two years ago. I didnât have Planta at the time and I cannot remember how often I watered them. This year, I am finding that Plantaâs watering recommendations are infrequent. I have yet to get blooms on the bulbs I planted in the early spring. They are in individual pots. Got those who grow dahlias in pots, how often do you water them? Pics are blooms from two years ago.

Okay, I bought this Peacock Ginger YESTERDAY and woke up this morning to brand new blooms! There was no sign that it was still going, not even a lil bloom shoot last night. You can see the old blooms just beneath the new ones. Excited for this seemingly fast moving plant!

I was just barely talking about these and noticed the split on two of them! It happened overnight. The red glass is their first day, and you can see their froggy shape in the other photo. The discussion I recently had was over removing the bottom leaves when they look rotting. I will say that is an impatient response lol, and you need to let nature take care of it - provided you are doing your part. The other debate was over this plant being in trouble if it has more than two sets of leaves. While I agree with this in theory, here is my Chet, who has a twin. Also see the photo from llifle. These plants are mutants born in a highly irradiated area. Theyâre going to be weird. Donât panic.

Was hoping for some help with this peace lily! Iâve been noticing these wavy edges on the leaves for the last week or so and then just in the two days one of the unopened flowers developed some brown spots and eventually wilted. Iâve only had her for a few weeks but have otherwise have not had any issues. Iâm just trying to figure out what exactly is causing this? I water about once a week (misting every few days) and thereâs no direct Sun so only grow lights (14 hours/day). Nothing else has changed except for some pretty dramatic temperatures recently - I live in northern Colorado and we had ~1 week of 50-60s weather but itâs now been 85+ for a while. Just trying to figure out if this is most likely humidity, temperature, or over-/under-watering? Thank you!!!!
