I JUST got this sweet mini rose from Kroger last night and heâs got some yellowy around some of his buds from overwatering. The petals are a bit crispy too, should I nip the yellowy buds or leave them be?

HELP! Does anyone know why this is happening? I have been keeping an eye on this hydrangea like a hawk and idk what Iâve done wrong? I have fertilized the soil and I check the water daily. Maybe Iâm not watering enough?
