   Any flowering plant that does well in pots on a patio or balcony will do well indoors given sufficient light and humidity. You might have to invest in grow lights and a humidifier especially if they are tropical plants. The flowering plants below do well in bright light or full sun. Some are one season annuals. I have grown all of these in pots before: miniature roses (consider Petite Knockout Roses brand), petunias (Proven Winners brand), pansies, begonias, dahlias, gerbera daisies, hibiscus, Scottish Heather, Mexican/Hawaiian Heather (daily boomers), Oxalis Triangularis (daily bloomer), Verbena (velvety), marigolds, chrysanthemums, azaleas, geraniums, tradescantia Purple Heart (small blooms), coleus (the one posted last week was stunning) and lantanas. Others: impatiens (low light), balsam impatiens, anthuriums (longest blooms)

   Madagascar Jasmine. They’re related to Hoya, they’re super hardy and the scent is out of this world! Unlike star jasmine, these have blooms that are thick and waxy, the face of them is about the size of a fifty cent piece and they last a long time. I’ve had them in my garden for about 15 years, but they grow easily indoors as well.
