I can recommend Crossandra ‘Orange Marmalade’ as a reliable daily bloomer all spring and summer. It’s hardy in zones 10 and 11. It dies very well in pots when the weather warms up. I’ve had one in a planter for over a year. I take it inside during a hard freeze. It t propagates very easily. Just pinch of a three inch piece and push it directly into soil, pushing a leaf node below the soil. I don’t even remove the lower leaves. It roots very quickly and produces flowers within a few weeks.
