Hi! I have a Flaming Katy, but ever since the first flowers that it had when I bought it 2 years ago, there hasn’t been flowers since. It has grown a lot of new vines and leaves, any advice on getting it to flower again?

    I had to look that name up! Never heard of it called by that name. How much light does yours get? My first thought with a lack of flowering is not enough light.

      I’ve read that the flaming Katy (kalanchoe) needs a minimum 12 hrs of darkness/ day for several weeks in order to bloom. They say you can trick it into blooming by placing it in a closet for twelve hours a day

      I’ve read that about Christmas cactus but not kalanchoe 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Oh interesting! Right now it’s right up against an east facing window, so part shade/part sun throughout the day
