Realized one of the cuttings in a pot wasn’t rooted so I took it out so I can put it in water to grow roots, should I just put it in like this or do I need to cut somewhere? What parts should be covered by water?

Hi there, it’s my first time propagating and I’ve been trying with a Neon Pothos for about a month now and have had practically no growth at all. I’ve been changing the water every few days and putting it under a grow light. Is there anything else I can do or is it just a case of waiting?

Has anyone ever propagated this type of dracaena? I’m wondering if these roots (which have been growing for months) are long enough to pot up. I understand the little one on the right still has no roots. I really don’t want these babies to fail, they’ve taken SO LONG to grow roots.

Woooo!! The R6 x R17 pap leaf unfurled!! Crazy to think it went from a healthy large plant to a shrivelled mess and rotting almost completely to a tiny curving chonk due to UPS’s customs taking 12 days, but hey!! New leaf = new beginnings <3

Hi! Does anyone know what this is? I picked it up as a cutting a while back and it finally has roots, and I’m trying to add it to my planta for a watering schedule. Another app said it was a ghost plant, yet I have one of those and it doesn’t really look the same to me.

Hey there! I am VERY new to propagating.. these are my first 2 Pink Dragon Alocasia corms and I have them in sphagnum moss. I mist them every so often and have them in an inclosed container. I believe it’s kept it’s humidity just by seeing condensation. I let them soak & peeled their “casing”. It hasn’t been long. Am I doing this right? Any tips or tricks?

Yesterday I got to take a cutting of this Begonia Richmondensis. It was living on a shady front porch in Monterey Ca. Micro climate is foggy and the mother plant is spectacular. I brought it home and clipped lower leaves and stuck it in water to propagate. I will be clipping the flowers off. Should I try a different style of propagation?

Oh, this is always the best feeling! Black cherry tomato (indeterminate) cutting from my current plant. I’m so thrilled. My propagation station is thanks to too many Costco desserts. So many little glasses….
