Just cleaned and trimmed my root rotted Chinese ever green .. now I have repotted it after cleaning it with the peroxide solution and allowing it to air dry .. fingers crossed

I need some help. This plant means a lot to me. We lost our 18 month old in a wreck in 2024 and this is the only plant we have left from his service. It was doing great. Green and growing. Then my cat got in the room and knocked the entire pot off of the ledge. He wasn’t supposed to even be in there 😭 I know they’re toxic. My friend had me take it out of the pot being that a lot of the roots were dead. She told me to use bottled water and put it near the window with a little shade. She had me cut back parts and told me it should grow new roots within a couple of weeks. It’s almost been two weeks and there are no new roots. I do have new buds tho. I spray it and I have a humidifier at night. I change the water every couple of days. Last night a lot of these plants were full and beautiful and today that look a little shriveled. So I moved them more into the sun and turned the humidifier back on. I don’t know what else to do. I’ve did everything I’ve read on here and chat gpt Me f the yellow spots are getting darker and greener but still no roots. Help me not lose my plant baby please.

my gma let me tend to her aloe and I pulled 11 WHOLE PUPS. She also told me to save her million hearts plant and offered up any cuttings I wanted. 🥺👉👈Best Gma ever. I feel so spoiled and loved. Check in on your grandparents!!! (Not just for the plants-but this is totally a bonus)

Hello everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows the best way you can propagate Citronella or mosquito plant. Ive been taking about 8in cuttings and placing them in a small pot with NO drainage and good dirt. Seems to be working but I dont see any roots and its been a couple months

Hi everyone, so I've been meaning to cut up and propagate this unhappy cactus for a while. Unfortunately it's got bored of waiting for me, took matters into its own hands and dramatically threw itself off of the mantelpiece. There are some fairly intact bits that I will stick in soil after they've calloused. But does anyone have any suggestions for any of the broken up bits? Or has anyone managed to water propagate a prickly pear?

My spider plant keeps growing up and up but has not given off any babies, is there anyway to promote this? It’s getting quite tall compared to others I’ve seen but it doesn’t have the stability to maintain the height.

Hi! i have many questions about this avocado pit im growing: I wanted to pot it, but I wanted to know if the roots look ready and how do I prepare it for soil after being in water for so long? I was also wondering if the pot shown is too shallow? does it need something deeper/bigger? do i plant the pit underground with the roots or above the soil? also- what kind of soil would this plant like? i get opposing answers when i use google. I was also unsure if i should wait until springtime to plant it or if it can be planted anytime? follow up to that- i wanted to pinch the top to avoid apical dominance but I think its too early to do so, would i be correct with that assumption & would it be better to wait till spring to do that as well? thank you in advance🙏

A couple of my blue giants, my elf stone echeveria and my blue echeveria are having little spouts. Got them from Lowe's 2 weeks ago. Can I propagate them or is it better to leave them?? I know my blue echeveria doesn't look so good but she of better then when I got her from lowes
