This echeveria is under a grow light but is still etiolating and from my understanding they shouldnât do this. Should I chop and prop? If so, do I just chop the top off where its sparse? I appreciate any help!

Hello!! I had cuttings of this prayer plant (?) that was not doing well in its pot. TLDR, I took two cuttings and have had them in water to facilitate root growth to save the plant. Are the roots at a point where I can replant them yet? Iâm still new to planting, so any help is appreciated!!

I'm new to succulents. This guy was doing great and gave 2 pups without me doing anything. But, within the couple of weeks it dropped majority of its seeds. Several questions, first, have I placed the seeds ok for them to grow? The 2 already growing, are they big enough to repot? Now, the main guy, I need to chop and replant, anything special I need to do? I don't want to lose it.
