Has anyone ever hand pollinated an Aloe before? I’ve hand pollinated a thanksgiving cactus previously but I bet it’s a little different. Just looking for some advice :)

These are 5 separate monstera cuttings, ready to pot. I plan on using a mix of 2/3 cactus soil and 1/3 standard potting soil. Can I plant all 5 cuttings in a single pot? And if so, what size pot is ideal? Any tips on potting techniques or soil composition is welcome. Thanks yall!!! 🌱🪴🌞

I have a bunch of cuttings (species listed below) that are fully rooted and ready to be transferred to soil. How should i transfer them to soil?? I saw something saying to add soil to the water they are in right now, is that true? Please drop some good methods in comments!! (two jade pothos, one snow queen pothos with a lot of roots, and two pilea mollis) (Roots are at least 5 inches each)

What happened here? 😅 the left photo is the mother plant tradescantia nanouk, who wasn’t doing too good so I propagated her, and on the right is the baby plant. How and why are they almost looking like completely different plants? 😂 the baby’s leaves are much larger and do not have the variegation, even if both plants are getting the same amount of light. What is the science behind this?

I’ve heard a lot about putting pasta water in propagation containers for nutrients for the plants. I’ve been struggling to get my propagations to root. I have them in clear containers and the nodes are covered with water, the leaves are out of water and they are on an East facing window. I let the cuttings callus and then put some rooting hormone on them. They haven’t rotted or anything, but they also haven’t grown roots and it’s been a couple weeks. Any tips? Should I try the pasta water? My cuttings are mostly pothos if that helps anything

I have a dilemma my Chinese money plant 🌱 is growing only at the top. I am tempted to cut off the top and propagate it but I’m not sure if the mother plant will be ok without leaves? It went through a phase of dropping all bottom leaves.

Trying a new way to start some of my begonias. Saw a video on a plant sight and thought I would try it. Wish me luck. I put a lid on them for humidity. 🤞

Ok need some help to save some pothos cuttings- this vine was separated a few months ago and repotted in soil. I tried pinning down the nodes into the soil and one of the leaves started yellowing so I took it off. Roots look good but I don’t know what to do from here!

Hey plant friends! Which would you keep? I was trying out air layering of my ficus elastica in the fall. It was a great success! Now I have 3 of them and need to get rid of the other two. I just can’t decide which one I want… Do you prefer butt, mid, or top cuttings?

What’s your fav way to prop a njoy ? I popped her in some water but no roots have taken and it looked like one end was starting to get soggy. The leaves are feeling more limp now, I just want to save this clipping ! 😅

Any advice on how to better care for my Lace Aloe? No matter the pot or amount of soil, it always leans. I’m also unsure how to propagate it. It looks healthy, but I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong or if there’s anything I could improve.

Hi! I got this philodendron paraiso verde cutting for free the other day from a plant shop. Curious how to propagate it well. Somebody told me I shouldn’t have it just in water but not sure what to do with it then. SOS ps I have had it in water since I got it three days ago
