am SO excited!! My partner ordered me some seeds I've been wanting from Etsy I would LOVE some advice on them, I ordered some: Cotyledon Konekono Tume, Aeonium Saundersii Adodes, Drosanthemum Floribundum Rice and Echeveria Vincent Catto X Elegans. All advice appreciated! Images of plants attached below

I’m so proud! My very first Thyme seeding has sprouted after years of unsuccessful attempts at growing things from seeds. What should I do next to keep it growing? Please help!

Where is the best place to chop this so I can propagate and fill out the pot? It’s a fake Christmas cactus 🌵. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me!

Would it be too early to repot this Zz Raven, or can he wait til the spring you think? I thought he was in dormancy over the winter but my other two (regular and chameleon) both have new growth. I was planning on repotting in the spring but he just popped outta his pot when I was lifting him outta his cover pot to give him a soak.

Hi, do we think this guy needs a bigger pot? He’s been pretty happy since I saved him from
Lowe’s, although some of the leaf tips are drying out as you can see so I’m going to move him to a place with partial sunlight. Any other suggestions?

I’m confused!!! I have three weeping willow trees and the thickest TOOK off like crazy it already grew out its old pot. Then I have these two tiny ones, the one is soil isdoing amazing, but the one in water seem to be focusing on its roots more than the leaves.. is this normal?!?

Should I propagate this variegated rubber plant? It’s under a grow light now and will be outside in the summer, but I’m assuming it’s leggy because it was in a lower light area half of winter? Or is this how they look? Never had one before except this baby.
If I don’t hold it up or prop it up, the top falls down. 😳

Hi everyone. This is my first time attempting to propagate my Monstera and I think something has already gone wrong. I watched a YouTube video on where to cut the stem, below the node, but now after a few hours the part that’s been cut has turned brown and the water is discoloured. I read that this could mean I didn’t cut it far enough from the node, any advice? The node in the photo was there when I cut it BTW.

My dad has had this cutting for about a year and a half and it is not growing at all. The cutting is sentimental to him and I want to know if there’s any way to make it grow.

I spent a couple of hours last night ‘potting’ up all my props. They are in cups with perlite/moss. I kept them in the same box I propped them in with a light and seedling mat. I watered and misted the top and closed it up so they are still getting the humidity they are used to. I think they will grow, all looks good this morning. I hope I did this right, it’s the first try for me.

My pride and joy ... this was a cutting from my grandpa's plant and he has been gone since 2010 and have some more going

Hello
I got this cute little self watering pot today, I have tons of house plants but I’ve always used soil, leca or pon. This one shows you add water to the clear pot then sit the terracotta pot in it so the pot absorbs the water. My question is can I use soil in this type of pot? I am currently out of leca and pon. So was hoping soil would work. Thanks in advance!!

I cut this rehab syngonium in December and it hasn't had much new growth since but I saw a video where they deadheaded the plant to make it grow better. Thoughts? Do you think deadheading might be optimal?

This is my difenbachia I've had it for 2 years now I want propagate it but I'm afraid it might die in the process the leaves at the bottom are faux.

Hi! I recently received a huge monstera cutting! When i was driving home it ended up freezing in the car (it was -16 f outside). 2/3 of the leaves couldn’t recover from the cold but 1 leave held strong! it was doing ok but now it’s turning dry and I’m not sure what to do! It’s not rooted yet. Any and all advice would be welcomed!!!
Thank you in advance!

I just got a Jacklyn alocasia and went to repot it and found this. Is it a corm? The ones I've found before usually have the brown outside and this doesn't but figured I'd ask if anyone knew what is it

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for propagating bamboo rhizomes as I'm looking to plant some that are native to the USA (recently learned we have 3-4 native species that got way overly harvested in the past), but I've never propagated bamboo before so I'm unsure how to go about it. I plan to plant them in a pot or garden bed when I move to Las Vegas near the end of the year since I've learned from experience that they spread pretty fast and once they're established they're really hard to get rid of if you need/want to (my grandmother planted some in the backyard when she first moved to the USA from Korea).

Anybody had any luck with propagating Christmas cacti? I planted a few pieces together that have several nodes and some have the Y-split node that I’ve heard was good for propagating. I’ve been misting and lightly watering but I see no new growth. Any suggestions or do they just take longer?

Is there a way to add propagating plants to your plant library?
