I am propagating satin pothos in water and I am thinking I want to keep them in water. I know I’ll need liquid fertilizer but I’m wondering if I should use liquid fertilizer all year round or not.

Hello, I have a healthy monstera plant and would like to propagate it but don’t know how, could anyone guide me please? Last time I tried it didn’t work and I looked on the internet on how to do it. Maybe the advice was wrong or maybe I did something wrong so I would like to try again.

Hello, I am not familiar with orchids or how to propagate at all. I got this one a while ago and it was kind of dying so I got it for less than half price to try and bring it back to life. It did get better and even bloomed once since I got it. But after these started growing and the stems started drying up so I cut them a little. Now my question is what do I do best, how do I repot them and how do I even cut them off the stem or just repot them with the stems they are growing on? I have no idea😅

How do I best propagate a string of bananas? I just got the cutting yesterday, and it looks a little small (especially the bananas). Does anyone know the best way to encourage growth?

Is this cutting alright? How long does it normally take for plants to root in water? I’m new to propagating and I worry that I cut it from the wrong place. - I got the cutting from my friend, and put it in water on Saturday and we have done a bit of train traveling over the weekend. I’m also worried the change in environment might not help.

This is how my my manjula is looking after a few weeks since I potted it, Really cool seeing the different variegation in the leaves as it grows.

Hi! I'm new! How often should I be changing the water of the plants I'm propagating?

I didn't even know that a string of hearts can grow roots out of the stems! I thought they only grew roots from the nodes.

Please leave any tips! I hope some of these root!! There’s golden pothos, monkey mask, and Chinese money plant, I’m excited to see how these go.

I bought a Polly Alocasia from Trader Joe’s and moved her from soil to leca. She gave me so many babies! These are just the ones that fell off, she’s got about 8 more attached. I didn’t want to rip them off until they were ready. I’ve attached the mama plant’s “bio” and a pic of the babies. They’re in a covered container under a grow light.

Put this cutting in water a couple weeks ago and it’s got a little root coming through!

My scindapsis has black roots with white tips. Is something wrong or will it be ok?

My sad prayer plant is sending out runners with new growth points, I’ve never seen something like this before! I just pulled 10+ dead leaves off it and found these weird babies dangling off the stem 🤣
