Iâm so happy!!! I wasnât sure if those little leaves would live but they are thriving and have even given me some new little leaves!! Now I just need to know how and when to get them in some soil. Any advice on how to get them to successfully root in soil and when to get them in solid would be very much appreciated. Iâve never done a propagation before.

I want to try to propagate my mini monstera (Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma) Iâve never done it & have only successfully propagated pothos. Would love all the guidance I can get! Like is water the best method, how much light should they get, general tips & tricks- literally any morsel of information Iâm so nervous because I love this plant. Also will the mother plant keep growing when she gets the big chop & is there anything I can/should do to help promote new growth?
part of my tradescantia broke off a few weeks ago so I went ahead and put her in water and sheâs finally grown roots!! any advice on how long I should let the roots grow before putting her in soil? thanks so much!
Water vs Soil prop??? I see a lot of water propagation shared here and was curious of anyoneâs thoughts on which is more successful. I havenât tried propagating before, but Iâve taken some cuttings, dipped them in rooting powder, placed them in damp soil, and tented them. Now Iâm wondering if I should stick them in water instead!

Propagation friends! For those of you that really get off on good root development. I had this Banyan Rot leaf in water for a long time. Then one poke of a root, then a few, then holy explosion. Iâm going to plant now but donât k ow what to expect. Will the leaf start growing taller or will a new baby tree start to shoot up in front of the leaf, the way snake props do? How long til I have a little tree?

Just here to share some morning excitement with people who care lol! After 23 days in the prop station I am finally starting to see signs of life from my polka dot plant cuttings!! I lost three but 50% lived. I am so happy with thatđ€©đ€©đ€© I finally decided to pot up my neon pothos cutting today in celebration đ„ł so hereâs to his graduation too! đđ„łđđ„ł

CORM/ BLACK VELVETS Iâve been growing these black velvet corms, there are two questions I have about this matter. 1. Can I move these babies to LECA, Iâve been wanting to love them to leca they do have their secondary roots (little ones) but I feels like theyâre not growing anymore under the grow light 2. If I do move them to LECA are the clay balls Iâve shown large enough? Iâve shown a size comparison to the baby black velvets The only reason I want to move them even though they are so small is because it seems like havenât been growing in the past few weeks I put them in a new larger prop box They have enough water and fertilizer in the box which is perlite and sphagnum moss mixed together, thereâs enough humidity and heat and Iâm still not sure why theyâre not growing anymore.

iâve had these little vases and im wondering if theyâd b good for propagating spider plant pups? do opaque things not work? ive only ever used glasses but im struggling to keep my babys from sinking too much and i think the shape of these would b good for tht xxx
