Ok so I have my lamps directly pointing to my Pothos that’s in water and the water gets really warm, anything I can do to prevent that? I’ve seen that the leaves are curling and it makes me sad!

I’ve been looking for a spotted begonia for awhile, I walk into the coffee shop that also has plants for sale. I look up and they had this lovely lady. I asked how much it was and they gave it to me for free!! How awesome is that! She has strong roots already and I named her Dottie.
We’ve been propagating avocado seeds and the stem seemed to stop growing but all of their roots have continued to grow. We were afraid to put them in sunlight. Now, the seed we propagated last starting sprouting leaves first. So, we moved them all closer to the sun and now they are all have been beginning to grow again and seem to have shot up overnight! 🙂 We had one of the seeds in the back [left] almost a year!
They are doing so good!
Almost lost my PPP so I decided to chop and prop. Now i have 4 PPP and these two wet sticks rooting. We are so good at what we do 🤩
Wet sticks in place. May the odds be ever in your favor .
Do I cut the black tips off or no? I’ve read online to cut them off and then soak in diluted hydrogen peroxide solution for 10 minutes. But then I’ve also read it is normal. It is golden pothos cuttings.
Trying propagating for the first time and took this from the mother Monstera Deliciosa yesterday, any advice or tips?
This entire string came from one strand of three leaves propagated in water. This is my 3rd attempt at this plant and I’ve finally got it! She even put out a flower 🥲
Day one of propagating. This is my first time propagating so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Pet friendly plants of course especially as my cat loves to “help”
It’s almost time to start transplanting my 100+ plants. Today I started mixing my own soils to save money. The big trash can is filled with my all purpose potting mix and the bin below it is a tropical blend. Can’t wait to transplant all my babies and see how they flourish!
I have a pink fittonia which I got recently that I’m nursing back to health as it was from a Walmart. I want to propagate it soon and I don’t know when or how I should do that. Any advice is appreciated!
My first shot at propagating! Everyone is doing well so far, about three weeks in!
In the span of 4 days, her roots have gotten so long😻
I too have begun my journey.

Hibiscus (orange) 14. Hibiscus (red) 15. Ginseng ficus
I got this propagated little guy at a plant sale a while back…neglected for quite a while. Had in a tiny pot, repotted…I just can’t tell how it’s doing. I’m wondering if I could successfully take it out of the pot and put it back in just water and see if the root system strengthens, then repot? I am seriously such a newborn about plants. Learning as I go. Thanks!
Are they long enough to put in soil,or should I wait? Also , Any recommendations for soil mix for marantas?
accidentally broke her off while watering yesterday. i haven’t propagated begonia’s before so im a little nervous, i hope she makes it
My local grocery store is selling Aloe and Prickly Pear cactus (for cullinary purposes), but in theory could I buy one of each and propagate it?
