What’s the proper way to get root growth from a monstera clipping? First time having one, a sweet lady gave me a cut from hers. I currently have in a glass jar with water with lots of natural light coming in. Any advice will help! Thank you!

Hello everyone, I have a white Bird of Paradise that’s been growing great, but she has several new shoots that can be seen in the photo that appear to be growing on their own, not attached to the main plant. Is it okay to dig these out and pot them on their own?
My first time at propagation! I’m excited to hopefully one day plant these ivy clippings. Not me wanting to walk around Lowe’s and find clippings to propagate! Is this wrong?
I am trying my hand at propagating succulents 🪴any tips? Also how often should I water them?
Hey I’m quite new at this, I really need some advice. I have a Crassothonna capensis I’ve just propagated, it was in water for 2 weeks growing so fast so I transferred it to soil. I was checking it everyday, on the 3rd day I lifted one of the stems to check it was taking well and noticed thousands of white bugs, I figured out what it was so I cleaned the plant got rid of the soil washed the pots. how do I stop the little white bugs from coming back to eat my new roots should u leave it in the house or will it be the same ???
I have a really healthy Monstera and need to propagate where should I cut it. Have two roots growing off it. Once I cut it, can it be water propagated?

Has anyone ever gone to a prop swap? If so where was it? If anyone lives in Colorado, that would be really helpful because I need new babies!
I’ve only had my air plant for a couple months but she’s started growing a pup 🥰🥰 is there a specific way to take the baby off when a bit more grown with hurting the mother plant?
