Just got this string of turtles any tops for water propagation?
i was given a propagation of my friendās rex begonia. sheās been in water for about five days, and iām starting to wonder when sheāll grow roots. iāve included a picture of what i thought was the start of a root, but now iām not sure. iām keeping her in a dome to up the humidity, will that make her root faster? sheās in an east facing window that gets about 4-6 hours of sunlight per day.
I was gifted this begonia. It has been in this container for a few weeks and itās finally rooting. How long do I wait to transplant it in soil? Also, the stem looks too long. Can I trim it down without affecting it? This is my first begonia.

My snake plant made two pups and I separated one of them to give to my friend š„¹ I was really happy to see some beautiful healthy long roots on the baby, I hope itāll survive a quick plane ride (and of course for a long time after that)! Goodbye little one
Hii, this is my first time propagating succulent leaves and I donāt know if Iām doing it right. Any advice?
I work for a local nursery and today I got to prepare thousands of burros tail propagations!!!
i have a calathea that has stopped growing new leaves for the past month or so. i transported it home from college and it has not been happy since. i put it in the bathroom so it can get enough humidity, and there is a window so itās getting the indirect light it needs. i have trimmed the dead leaves and brown spots shown in the photo. i think i may have overwatered it, but iām not sure if that would affect its growth. the only other thing i can think of would be to add some fertilizer but other than that i have no idea, so iād appreciate any suggestions!
My Peace Lily, Bee, has had mold in her soil for the past 3 days. Decided to taker her out of the pot, change her soil, and put her back in the pot. Wouldāve gotten a bigger pot if she was rootbound, but her roots arenāt that big. Hope the mold stays gone! š š¬š
I visited a big nursery, that grows mainly succulents, a couple of years ago and this is how they propagate their Sedum morganianum, burroās tail. Literally just tossing a bunch of leaves on top of succulent soil and wait for them to start growing. It was interesting to see! šæ
