Hello! I’m fairly new to having plants and these have fallen off of the jade plant I have in my salon. The larger one with the brown base, is it rotting? Calloused? Since they fell off on their own can I still replant them?

The larger one does look like it isn’t too viable for propagating. The rest, on the other hand, look good. Give them a day or two to callous, then stick the ends down into a small pot of cactus mix or simply gently lay them on top of the soil, and mist about once a week, allowing the soil to dry out, but giving some moisture to tell the leaves to start forming some roots in the direction of the water. Some propagate on their own by simply sitting on a windowsill by their lonesome. As for the jade plant itself, are you looking for any help on its health if it’s lost this many leaves recently? Hope this helps
