I am trying to propagate a Chinese Evergreen, called Etta Rose, or scientifically speaking, I think it’s an Aglaonema commutation. I found this in my doctor’s office and they were going to get rid of it the next day so I just lopped off a 🦷 no apparent nodes are doing nothing but staying alive with their pretty leaves. The other cutting has a bit of a stem with the leaf attached to it and I think there’s a node above it. Right below that stem there appears to be a little teeny white root poking out of the stem (see picture). I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. I have rooted philodendrons successfully for years, but this is different, I think. HELP! In the water I have put a drop of organic fertilizer and a drop of something called Fish Guts which is supposed to help rooting. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I would be happier than a pig in doodoo if I could get a plant out of this. She is so pretty. THX in advance.🪴🌺🪴
