It probably needs more light. Clean the rot first: - Change the water. Clean and disinfect the glass and cutting tools with hydrogen peroxide. - Cut off the rot. Rinse the cutting in the peroxide. - Add clean water to the container. - Place the cutting in bright indirect light for at least 6 - 8 hours a day, more if using a grow light. Roots should emerge in about 2 weeks to 3 weeks. Add diluted liquid fertilizer and SuperThrive plant vitamins after the roots emerge. Good Luck!🍀🪴

0 likesMaybe next time, leave it out for an hour to callous before putting it into water. It helps prevent rotting
