Sooo.. What do I do with this? 😅 I put a piece of broccoli in water to see if I could get it to flower and (obviously) there are roots.

Hmm can it be planted in a small container garden? That’s so funny I never thought of even trying that lol.
6 J'aimeI’ll try doing that!
0 J'aimeSeveral of your veggie ‘wastes’ can be propagated including green onions, carrot tops with leaves, celery bottoms and those potatoes self propagating in your pantry! I stuck an old sweet potato in a pot I typically use to grow annuals and it took off. The sweet potato was growing little stems in a dark cabinet. This is one week’s growth! 😂
5 J'aimeWow, that’s a lot of growth! Will that eventually grow more sweet potatoes?
3 J'aimeI hope it will grow some potatoes. I’m not sure if the pot is deep enough.
1 j'aimeThat’s cool!
2 J'aimehow long did it take to get this kind of growth? i know you can do it with other veggies but i never thought about broccoli!
2 J'aimeI’m not exactly sure how long, but my guess would be around a couple weeks!
