What’s the best plan of action for both of these plants?? I don’t want to end up cutting them and killing them since I don’t know what I’m doing

    They both look good. The tall ones just gonna keep being tall. It's the nature of them. And eventually you behead them, leave them to callus a few days, and replant. The pup on the haworthia will probably just twist off. Otherwise you can just leave it there.
