When should I pop this red ripple ? 3 new baby leaves and I don’t want to break them by planting too early 🥲

    Agreed, you want at least 2 inches of roots and some secondary roots growing for a strong root system when potting into soil. Those baby leaves will grow bigger, but I also agree they’ll push through the soil if during potting they covered a bit. I would just leave a little hole or space to help them grow through lol
