Water to get good roots for sure

i propagate spider plants directly into soil all the time so i would say these guys should be just fine as long as the pot has drainage. water when the top inch of soil is dry for the first month or so, then back off to watering when about half the soil is dry, and once it’s an established plant (after about 3-4 months in the pot) the soil should be totally dry before you water

soil roots will take longer, but will be stronger. water will grow faster, but will take time adjust to the soil
