This is normal to happen they will grow back! However if the tips are starting to become crunchy and skinny you may want to cut them off to help your roots grow back another one. My orchid ended up drying out where the flowers bloom so I chopped it and within a few weeks it began to grow another branch with flowers! Just keep in mind orchids aren’t the easiest plant lol I have definitely brought mine back from the brink of death at least 3 timesπŸ˜πŸ˜‚

And be sure to keep watering/fertilising it as needed. Sometimes new shoots grow back quickly, and sometimes it can be many months. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

If the stalks stay green, you can keep them and the plant may or may not choose to use them for the next bloom. Continue care as normal. Orchids can be tricky to convince to rebloom at all since they like to have specific humidity and temperature on a day/night cycle, but if it's especially happy it can bloom again in three months. You can just care for it as foliage and think of flowers as a pleasant surprise, or you can try to get it some temperature variation if you want to actively work for flowers
